Vintage Imperial Art Glass Scroll Purple Ruffled Bowl Electric Iridescence. Carnival glass bowl made by The Imperial Glass Company of Bellaire, Ohio. The pattern is called "Scroll Embossed " and the form is a ruffled bowl. The bowl stands 3 3/16" tall and is approximately 8" in diameter at its widest point. The bowl is a purple base glass and has 8 ruffles and a collar foot.

The iridescence is just outstanding!! In fact it is considered electric. You can see vivid electric purples and blues along with some golds. The background is stippled and the back or underside is a plain back. The bowl is in excellent condition as there are no cracks, nicks, chips, nicks or dings.
