Vintage 1950s Murano Venetian Italian Art Glass Barovier & Toso DISH ASHTRAY Cordonato d'Oro 24k Gold Cords in Glass An Ercole Barovier Developed Technique Eames, Mid-Century Era 1950s This stunning, rectangular, art glass dish was made by famed Murano glasshouse Barovier & Toso, using the exclusive Cordonato d'Oro ("Cords of Gold") technique, developed by Ercole Barovier. Colors of lime green and clear cristallo (clear) glass with ample use of 24k gold flecks, masterfully manipulated and embedded into the glass--well-documented design by B&T.
