This exquisite gallery quality piece has been crafted in an appealing transparent cranberry pink glass, the vibrancy of the colour beautifully intensifying around the rim of the bowl. Horizontal bands of opaque white glass stylishly surround the lower portion of the clean-lined form, swirling together to form a wonderfully contemporary abstract focal point to the front of the bowl. SIZE: This impressive bowl stands approx 200mms tall and measures 255mms in diameter at the top rim. WEIGHT: This substantial piece weighs 1.185kgs unpackaged. CONDITION: This piece is presented in excellent condition with no chips, cracks or repairs. There are a few exceptionally small, light and fine surface scratches to the glass noticeable only on extremely close examination in bright raking light but mentioned for complete accuracy.

THE ARTIST: Richard Morrell was originally from London, and has been living and working in Australia since 1979. He studied his Masters in Glass in Melbourne, and now works from his studio in Castlemaine, Victoria. Richard is highly respected Internationally, having exhibited throughout Australia, and in the US, Japan and Europe. His works feature in many private and public collections around the world.
