Rare unique antique hand blown art glass cobalt blue orange skirted vase bowl

Up for sale is a very nice quality antique blown cobalt glass vase. It's completely blown by hand with an exquisite skirted form out of cobalt blue glass.

The vase also features vibrant orange colored glass that is inset but still has its curved form along with wrapping the mouth edge. It is in nice condition and measures 7 1/4 inches wide by 5 1/4 inches tall. There are a couple edge flakes on the bottom edge as shown in last photos.
