LOETZ glass and the designer/artist MICHAEL POWOLNY. Unsigned but with polished pontil mark to the base. NO CHIPS; NO CRACKS; NO REPAIRS. TRAILED GLASS THREADS ARE COMPLETE.
There are 1 or 2 small scratches to the exterior(hard to see) (Pic #10). There is a spot of grit and wear to a small area in the base (See pic #11). Usual bubbles and striations found in hand blown art glass. A good quality, collectable and dramatic piece of ORIGINAL ART DECO GLASS. It would look wonderful on a teak sideboard or used to decorate an ART DECO or MODERN home.25 cm diameter x 7cm high. Weighs 1.1 kilo before packing.
