Steuben Art Glass Mica Flecked Base and Pomona Green Center Bowl

Mica flecked piece are very hard to find. The condition is excellent with no chips, cracks or repairs. There are some faint scratches on the inside around the center from a flower frog. There is a white spot in the green glass and a couple specks of sand. I can not find a signature but it is guaranteed to be Steuben.
