I ESPECIALLY WANT TO THANK THE REPEAT BUYERS. I GREATLY APPRECIATE YOUR BUSINESS, LOYALTY AND COMMUNICATION OVER THE YEARS! MY AUCTIONS ARE ALWAYS NO RESERVE AUCTIONS, HAVE BEEN FOR YEARS, THE WAY AUCTIONS SHOULD BE. SO PLEASE ENJOY AND HAVE FUN WITH THEM! FOLKS, SOME OF YOU HAVE SAID THAT THE PHOTOS DO NOT MATCH THE DESCRIPTIONS. A COMMON PROBLEM IN OUR PERFECT COMPUTER AGE. IF THIS HAPPENS, YOU NEED TO DELETE THE COOKIES FROM YOUR DEVICE, LOG OUT AND LOG BACK IN. OR SWITCH DEVICES TO VIEW THE AD. This is an Antique Northwood BEADED CABLE Footed Rose Bowl made in the early 1900's. The Base Glass color is ELECTRIC BLUE. These seldom come alone with iridescent splendor this Spectacular... This is a great opportunity to own an exceedingly beautiful example...

Talk about lighting up a shelf... This one is loaded with EYE CANDY! Phenomenal Eye Appeal that makes a whale of a statement on display! The interior is Fantastic as well...

Also loaded with ELECTRIC iridescent splendor. Magnificent overall luster gives it tremendous visual characteristics. The elegant raised pattern details glisten with zest too as natural light strikes the display surface. If you have been looking for an Strikingly Gorgeous specimen, in BLUE base glass, in superb shape...

Take a darn good look here! In terms of its Phenomenal overall iridescent excellennce... The shelf presence is Incredible! Please take a look at the photographs and enjoy.

I have shown you as many angles and iridescent features as I could cram into 12 photographs. Dark areas in the photographs are absolutely shadows only. This is a tremendous opportunity to own a visually stunning specimen with exquisite eye appeal, an opportunity that certainly doesn't come along often! Especially one with visual features this Grand!

A Dazzling piece of Antique Northwood glass. It is light, but it is there. Not all Northwood was marked, it has been very well documented that only 1/2 of the pieces made were marked. I have owned many, many pieces in this pattern over the years, handed many more, and my experience has been less than half were marked.

Antique Northwood at i ts VERY, VERY Finest! It is every bit Rich and Exceptionally Beautiful as the photos show. My photos are taken outside in natural indirect sunlight.

I never use a flash or props. I never enhance photos, never have, never will. I aim to show you the best iridescent color the piece offers. If the piece looks awesome in the photos...

What you see is what you will get! The piece is 4 1/2 inches wide at the widest point. It is 3 7/8 inches tall at the tallest point. There are NO CRACKS or REPAIRS on this Ultra Rich, Visually Striking Antique Northwood Footed Rose Bowl.

A Top Notch example of this fine antique glass! THE BASE: The mold seams are barely there to the touch... I can make out just very slight shelf wear on the bottoms of the feet which is very common for this fine antique glass. PHOTO 10 shows that on the very tip of one of the feet... There is a teeny, tiny shallow flake... Shown for you next to the end of a ball point pen for easy reference to any ball point pen in your home. You can clearly see how very tiny and insignificant it is. Completely insignificant, in my opinion, on an Incredible specimen with Magnum iridescent qualities inside and out, that the photographs, in total, clearly show has been so very well taken care of over the last 100 years. If you know this glass well, and have handled enough of it, you know full well that the extended feet on these are very prone to show A LOT of damage.

The feet on this piece are as perfect as you'll likely ever see... It sits flat and level on a flat surface. THE INTERIOR: I can't make out any wear at all on the interior display surface of this Stellar Gem whatsoever which is extraordinary for the shape, pattern and this antique glass in general.

The photographs of the interior clearly show it is in Fantastic shape. It appears it was never used for anything but display throughout its very long 100 plus year old life. The iridescence is dazzling in nature with superb overall luster... Ultra Rich, Vivid ELECTRIC Blue and Purple that do nothing but enhance an already Spectacular overall presentation! THE EXTERIOR: I can't make out any wear on the exterior at all which is exceptional for this elegant shape and pattern. The exterior of this piece is Amazing... Absolutely packed with ELECTRIC properties that delight the eyes and make a whale of a statement on display. These very seldom come along with presentations this Extraordinary! Vivid ELECTRIC BLUE and PURPLE dominate the exterior display surface all the way around... Ultra Rich with Magnificent overall luster giving the piece an almost velvet like sheen. The elegant raised pattern details sparkle and glisten with zest. If you seek the TOP NOTCH specimens... Take a good look at this Grand Beauty! The shelf presence is Phenomenal to say the least! A Whale of a piece of Antique Northwood Glass! THE EDGE: The piece is well formed in every regard. The top is treatment is evenly crimped... It shows superb overall balance. The photographs clearly show, in total, just how well this Visually Striking Jewel has been so very well taken care of over the last 100 years.

It was absolutely kept as a Show Case piece without a doubt. They seldom EVER come up for sale with iridescent characteristics this strikingly gorgeous in this kind of condition! You'll be hard pressed to ever find a finer one! A Super Rich, Extraordinarily Attractive piece of antique Northwood and an classic and classy piece of this century old glass. That is all I can find on this Elegant, Ultra Rich and Visually Spectacular Antique Northwood Footed Rose Bowl.

A Fantastic example of this ever so elegant and highly prized pattern, shape and base glass color. This stunning Gem makes a whale of a statement on display!

LOTS OF EYE CANDY here to admire, show off and enjoy! Stunning ELECTRIC characteristics that stand WAY, WAY out in a crowd... Attracting LOADS of attention and lighting up a shelf! If you have been hunting for a Top Notch, high quality example, in ELECTRIC BLUE... Take a darn good look here and give it serious consideration! It will add ultra sharp visual appeal and interest to your display as well as tremendous dollar value. It is every bit as Sultry Rich and Visually Exquisite as the photographs show! I fully intend it to be that way, no glitz and glamour. I find it completely fascinating. There is nothing else like it in the world of antiques... The historical pieces I sell are part of our history, as a country, and made right here in the good ole' USA unless I state otherwise. They represent a time when America made things, great things... Before it was popular to sell this country out!

The photographs say it all! Nothing else needs to be done or said. I do my best to point out damage or wear issues with the pieces I offer. True antique glass always has some manufacturing marks. It was made a century ago and mass produced...

Well before quality was an idea. Well before Cell Phones, Computers or any technology at all. It is hard for people to comprehend that today, but it is fact. The working conditions were unbearable by today's standards, yet the hard working American's of this era produced some of the most amazing items ever made. Manufacturing marks within the glass are part of the charm of this period in time. If there is a manufacturing mark that is out of the ordinary...

Such as excessive, contained, bubbles throughout the glass or a manufacturing heat check... Normal manufacturing marks such as straw marks, stretch marks, enclosed bubbles, light tool marks, though, will not be mentioned and should certainly be anticipated. Look over the many photos provided. If typical manufacturing marks bother you...

Please ask questions up front! I will readily answer questions as diligently as I can. It will further your appreciation and hone your interest. I highly recommend David Doty's Carnival Glass Website. I also find his Field Guides extremely helpful if you can find them, there are several.

They are the best guide to learning patterns, especially the 2000 updated version. I also recommend Edwards and Carwile's Carnival Glass Encyclopedia...

There are several editions published. They cover the widest array of patterns of any guide I have seen and the text is excellent. There are other very worthy materials out there that will help you learn and grow, as well as numerous clubs and organizations. I use premium ONE INCH bubble wrap (not the cheap 1/4 inch) and foam peanuts to package the pieces exclusively. I take great pride in packaging these wonderful pieces of history VERY well...

Like they deserve to be packaged and I like them packaged for me. I never know how an item will sell.

My goal, however, is to NEVER have a damaged piece of glass... My feedback comments prove my diligence in that regard. Running No Reserve Auctions do not always allow me to do that... For repeat buyers I certainly will! I don't advertise it...

I just do it when I send the invoice. It is my way of saying THANK YOU! I run 7 to 10 day auctions with plenty of photos, text and lots of time for questions if needed.
