Murano Maestro uses very old techniques called Latino to create this milky, not transparent and mix it with marble brown and ivory mix enamel glass rods creating this beautiful distinctive swirl pattern. This technique gives this bowl the shell like quality on the outside and smooth glossy finish on the inside. Murano Glass is made on the Venetian Island Of Murano which has specialized in fancy glassware for centuries. Our bowl has never been used and is as if it just came out of the factory.
