This Art Deco Rare Uranium Glass Float Bowl with Green Uranium Rose Lady Figurine Is Getting Scarce. These bowls were made during the Depression Era in the 1920's and 1930's. The Green Uranium Rose Lady centrepiece is standing up and holding 2 roses and leaves above her head.
She is wearing a long frilly dress and glows strongly under a black light. The figurine has one small smooth chip on the side at the bottom of the flower frog. There are a couple of flea bites on the inside of the bottom of the flower frog where it sits in the bowl. The figurine is 19 cms (7.5 inches) tall and the flower from measures 8 cms (3.25 inches) across.
The bowl is a lovely uranium glass bowl which glows strongly under a black light. The bowl is in good condition with no chips, cracks or repairs on the bowl.
The bowl measures 26.5 cms (10.5 inches) in diameter. The bowl is 7 cms (2 & 3/4 inches) high. I have tried to take the best photos I can but for this type of glass it is hard to get photos that really do justice to the beauty of this float bowl. You don't see this Rose Lady Float Bowl very often. It would be ideal for a collector or some one that likes uranium glass.
I always double box and wrap any bowls I send really well because I know what it is like to receive broken bowls that haven't been wrapped properly.
